Three teens who participated in an alleged drive-by shooting spree were arrested Thursday, Porterville police said in a release.

The two 17-year-old and one 14-year-old boys allegedly shot at four homes between the hours of 9 p.m. Wednesday to shortly after 5 a.m. Thursday.

Officers first responded to the 100 block of West Orange Avenue at 9:07 p.m. and contact Alex Pulido, who reported that his residence had been shot at and three bullet holes were located inside the home.

An hour later, police responded to the 700 block of North Fourth Street and contacted Jose Villarreal, who reported his house had been shot at and numerous bullet holes were located.

Less than one-half hour later, officers responded to the 300 block of South Hockett Street and contacted Santiago Alvarado, who reported he heard three shots fired but found not bullet holes in the house.

Officers responded to the final call at 5:08 a.m. in the 1100 block of North Salisbury Street. There they contacted Cesar Anguiano who said he heard several shots fired. Officers found one bullet hole in the home.

No one was injured in any of the shootings. Porterville detectives took over the investigation of the case shortly thereafter, which led to the arrest of the three teenagers and the recovery of the weapon allegedly used.
