† Rachelle Williams is the 15 year old daughter of Fredrick and Annette Williams. Rachelle was a victum of a violent crime in which she is still currently hospitalized and has been going through a lenghty recovery.
Due to this devastating tragedy the family is suffering a financial hardship and the families home will now need to be remodeled to accommodate Rachelle's health and safety needs.
