† Rachelle Williams was born in Porterville California on March 23, 1990. She is the youngest of four children - two sisters and a brother. Rachelle was raised out in the country, where her brother and sisters would journey off on long bike rides around the dairy and they would play slip and slide, one of their favorite past times, on their cement front porch. She was a country girl for 13 years until the family moved into town. She entered pre-school at Porterville College and continued with kindergarten at Oak Grove until half of her second grade year where she eventually transferred to William Buckley Elementary.
† By her fifth grade year she received an academic award for improving in her studies, graduating with A’s and B’s. She then moved into her sixth grade year by attending Burton Middle School and by the eighth grade year she became the water girl for her brothers High School {Porterville} football team and continued this position into her ninth grade year.
† Rachelle began her summer {before her sophomore year} attending cheerleading practices and was also participating in many fund raisers for her squad. She attended a cheer leading camp at U.C Davis at the end of July and continued until the beginning of August.
† Before Rachelle could return home she went to her yearly church camp at Yosemite. Rachelle soon returned home on Saturday Aug 6th and rested at home for those two days. Then on the 8th of August she went to her friends house where they were going to cheer leading practice the next day. Rachelle called her older sister to come see her that night. Rachelle waited outside (map) for her sister and the next thing she knew she was lying on the ground screaming and moaning … she had been shot !
† She had no idea why this had happened to her and Rachelle doesn’t blame anybody. Rachelle, to this day, relies on the walk she had with GOD and that he told her, “It’s not my time yet and that I’m coming back to be Healed!"
